Using MediaSpace to Improve the Accessibility of a YouTube Video

In this brief video, we show how to use Kaltura's YouTube feature to lay the Kaltura video player over a YouTube video.  We can then add Kaltura captions to that video.  Unfortunately, Kaltura still cannot support audio descriptions for videos from YouTube.
